The National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation has established the California Freedom Project to help protect the constitutional rights of California’s public servants who are forced to pay union dues as a job condition.
By providing free legal assistance and public information, the project seeks to help employees reclaim the mandatory union dues seized from their paychecks to fund union officials’ political activities with which they may disagree.
View the Project Multimedia page for public service announcements, radio advertisements, press conference video and audio, photos and more.
