The National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation has established the
Golden State Employee Freedom Project to help protect the constitutional
rights of California's public servants who are forced to pay union dues as
a job condition.
By providing free legal assistance and public information, the project
seeks to help employees reclaim the mandatory union dues seized from their
paychecks to fund union officials' political activities with which they
may disagree.
The National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization providing free legal aid nationwide to thousands of employees whose human and civil rights have been violated by compulsory unionism abuses.
