Christie explain the evil of forcing teachers to pay union fees (roughly 85 percent of full union dues) just to exercise their right to refrain from union membership.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p><div class=\"videoContainer\"><object width=\"560\" height=\"340\"><param name=\"movie\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/1ksLlAi3iIc&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;rel=0\"><\/param><param name=\"allowFullScreen\" value=\"true\"><\/param><param name=\"allowscriptaccess\" value=\"always\"><\/param><div class=\"videoContainer\"><embed src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/1ksLlAi3iIc&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;rel=0\" type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" allowscriptaccess=\"always\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" width=\"560\" height=\"340\"><\/embed><\/div><\/object><\/div><\/p>\n<p>\nNew Jersey employees have the limited right &#8212; secured by National Right to Work Foundation-won cases at the US Supreme Court &#8212; to pay only the portion of the fees that union bosses can prove is spent on bargaining and contract administration. \u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\nIn <i>Abood v. Detroit Board of Education<\/i> (1977), the Court ruled that compulsory dues for politics violates the First Amendment.\u00a0 In <i>Chicago Teachers Union v.
