{"id":569,"date":"2009-09-15T18:09:21","date_gmt":"2009-09-15T18:09:21","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2016-08-09T18:13:10","modified_gmt":"2016-08-09T18:13:10","slug":"administration-bureaucrats-may-have-unethically-given-union-bosses-inside-information-documents-demanded","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nrtw.org\/es\/blog\/administration-bureaucrats-may-have-unethically-given-union-bosses-inside-information-documents-demanded\/","title":{"rendered":"Administration Bureaucrats May Have Unethically Given Union Bosses Inside Information; Documents Demanded"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\nUnion officials are apparently getting inside information from the Administration, and the National Right to Work Foundation is demanding the documents to prove it.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nNot long ago, the Foundation filed <a href=\"\/en\/blog\/foundation-challenges-executive-orders-08132009\">formal comments opposing<\/a> the Obama Administration&#8217;s attempt to push government contractors into Project Labor Agreements (PLAs), which discriminate against nonunion employees in favor of unionized contractors.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAlong with several other concerned organizations, the Foundation submitted its comments within a prescribed window period that ended on August 13. Interestingly enough, the two biggest construction industry unions &#8211; the Building &amp; Construction Trades Department union and the Laborers&#8217; Union &#8211; evidently failed to submit a response before August 13.
