Kelly said that discussion was held in front of another United Way employee.\n\t<\/p>\n<p>\t&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\n\tIn the interview\u00a0with the local TV station,\u00a0 Kelly is quoted as<br \/>\n\tsaying about unions:\u00a0 &quot;I think they\u2019ve outlived their usefulness, certainly here and across the country. \u2026 Unions used to be for the common man. Now we\u2019ve got them set up as this special class that we no longer can afford.&quot;\n\t<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\nStifling dissent is standard operating procedure for the union bosses, though usually it&#8217;s the employees they claim to &quot;represent&quot; who are fired for refusing to toe the union line.
