The brief was filed in response to an International Association of Machinists (IAM) union lawsuit challenging the Badger State&#8217;s recent labor reforms in Dane County Circuit Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nHowever, IAM union lawyers are now asking the court not to accept the brief.
