The suit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.<\/p>\n<p>The child care providers&#8217; lawsuit challenges the forced-unionism scheme on the grounds that it violates the U.S. Constitution&#8217;s guarantees of free political expression and association.
