Under Florida&#8217;s popular Right to Work law, no worker can be required to join or pay fees to a union as a condition of employment.<\/p>\n<p>In August, Pirrelli attempted to resign union membership and revoke his union dues deduction authorization \u2013 a document used by union officials to automatically collect dues from workers&#8217; paychecks.
