Types of SMS Communications.  If you have consented to receive text messages from NRTWF, you may receive text messages related to your request for information, updates, or free legal aid.  Text message frequency varies and is dependent upon your request.

Fees.  While NRTWF does not charge for these text messages, your telephone carrier or provider’s standard text messaging and data rates may apply.

Opting-Out.  You can opt-out of receiving text messages from NRTWF at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send you or by contacting us by e-mail, telephone, or online contact form.

Help.  You can receive help at any time by replying HELP to any text message we send you or by contacting us by e-mail, telephone, or online contact form.

Sharing Your Information.  SMS consent and phone numbers will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or commercial purposes.

NRTWF will not disclose your phone number(s) to a third party or affiliate unless required to do so to fulfill the purposes for which you provided your phone number, by a court order, or any other purpose disclosed by us when you provided the phone number or with your consent.
