Thank you Will for the update. I reviewed the data. Region 20 has not supplied a complete sequence. (this can be determined by sorting data in the first column) VR-20-xx is missing somewhere between Jan. 2009 and April 2009. Please keep at them, "keeping information secret" may be exactly the case!
