I have been in musicians's union for 40 years and have resigned because of the same reason. I sent a letter to the president of AFM stating I could not belong to an organization that wants to turn our country into another Soviet Union. I belonged two unions in my lifetime and they did nothing for me but to me. They took my money for their officers paycheck. At the rate they are going we will have the USSA. GOD FORBID, HURRY UP NOVEMBER!!!
