NO WAY this will happen with the rubber stamp Congress in office at present. President Obama has - in fact - repealed the Constitution by simply ignoring it. I have heard some talk of immediate legal challenges if the OBAMACARE passes and he signs it
into law.

Some experts in Constitutional Law say Congress has no legal authority to pass a bill with the things OBAMACARE has in it. What Congress and the President choose to ignore may come back to bite them in the 2010 elections. Hopefuly the United States will still be recognizable in January 2011.
