The right to for me and my wife to WORK with out Union Help

I am 51 along with my wife how has been at her job for 24-yr's.
and has never wanted union help. Mysrlf I don't need what ever the union is Selling. I no when I'm around Union worker's yuo'll have
one man with a shovel and 3 Guys watching him work, thats union
support.
