UNION ABUSE

I work in a union work place. When any speaks out about someone in a union position abusing their position. You are accused of under minding the union and threatened. The company doesn't want a conflict with the union officers so they just go along with this treatment of employees. Our union is good but we have a couple of bad eggs that seem to run things. How do you protect yourself from these fools who think they can bully everyone around? I myself have sought legal counsel and I am now documenting these occurances. But, I still see everyone being bullied who don't go along with them. I have been a union member all my life and up until last six or seven years have never seen it this bad within the union. I hope my state becomes a right to work state and ends this unionized goonism. If anyone has any advice please respond.
