To the responder to Jim Dermit on July 25 with respect to Unions and your job. Check with lawyer on the subject of a "Hostile Work Environment" You may have a case for a law suit. You may want to google the subject first. Of course there is always the age discrimination law. Where is your union support? Hint! Document, document, document! Dates, times, subject, wittnesess, communication to your boss on his/her actions and how they affect you. Document!!!
