There are good and evil on both sides of the fence. Should we rattle off the Union officials whom have been jailed on corruption charges in the last 20 years. There are laws, rules and measures in place that keeps a Union man's business private from Union and Owner goons alike. Currently under most organizing rules men are entitled to a private vote to determine their fate. in most union functions a secret ballot is used to determine most union business. I understand this would change under the strong arm card check.
