De-Union Right

Any process to join a union should have a similarly easy process to remove a union. Otherwise, there is no Equal Protection as guarenteed by the Constitution. Like any contract, coersion to join should not be legally binding. There is no difference between forced unionization and theft because it forces people ot pay union dues or "protection money". The Union forcing such action should be charged under RICO. Its time the US Attorney's Office investigated and charged the unions for corruption.
