Union negotiated paycheck - what a joke! I am pharmacist in the Chicago area. A union negotiated contract with Walgreens paid actually LESS than the non unionized members salaries in the suburbs. Some negotiation!!!! My experience with a union growing up...the grocery store I worked for became unionized, two months later the doors shut. Thanks.
