Exceptionist Politics

Obama is becoming well known for his "exceptionist politics" as I will call them. He makes a rule, right away there comes a problem, first in his Cabinet appointment, but he allowed waivers and exceptions, even in his rule he made that Americans would be able to view any Bills being voted on for five days before a vote was taken. Right off the bat there was an exception and we didn't get to look at that robbery bill, I mean stimulus/porkulus/spendulous bill, whatever you want to call it.
Now union bosses get an exception.
So, apparently, laws and rules are only for the general public and anyone who is doing Obama's (dirty) work gets an exception.
