I came to work one day and my division (Local Network Services) was union. No secret ballot, no representation, no nothing. The union is awful, it does NOTHING for me, has done NOTHING for me. My pay, my benefits were bargained for by ME, before the union came along. My bonuses (based on my hard work and dedication)were in the thousands of dollars, not the $495 flat that everyone gets...including the deadbeat union rats. I want DECERTIFICATION of CWA3250 and CWA representation of AT&T all together. PT's I am sorry some of you have it rough, but as long as someone is willing to do the work AT&T will pay what it pays. After enough churn, they will offer good wages and benefits as any competitive company always does.
