Hey dumbass! This isn't

Hey dumbass! This isn't about union bashing or anti-union attitudes. It is about unions who don't inform their members of the negotiations but only tell them to walk out on their employer even after the offer made by ATT is fair and generous.

Here is the deal. Inform the members with the facts of the new offer. Allow them (the employees) to decide for themselves if the offer is fair and reasonable. OH and by the way, hold the voting by an independant group to count the ballots.
