EFCA

Yes NC is a right to work state, but if you finish the phrase it would say, "RIGHT TO WORK FOR LESS".
I belong to a union, I voluntarily joined, no one forced me into doing this. Why should non members get the same pay and benefits that the union has fought for and won, when they are scabs. They didn't pay for any of the things that were won but yet they enjoy all of the benefits. I support the EFCA 100%. You still do not have to join the union, but this will take away the intimidation from employers if you want to have union representation at your place of employment.
