I work at Thomas Built Buses, and this article is an outright lie. No one can gain anything aside from what's been bargained for within the contract, Union member or not.

Per the typical "rtw" response, they are misleading everyone to the point of outright fraud.

What the "rtw" fail to tell you is that it wasn't until recently that the UAW and TBB came to an agreement in regards to the Journeyman's certification, and that as of the date of this post... no one has requested said status.

In addition to this, employees are entitled to represent themselves should they so desire. Even the "rtw" goons at TBB request a Union Rep.
