Thank you for standing up to the NEA. My experience in education has lead me to believe that the NEA is one main reason for the decline in our student performance. The atmosphere in our schools is divisive, and the union doesn't care. Teachers should not be forced to pay dues that hurt their family. Good teachers don't need unions because good teachers work for the kids.
