The right to make a lower wage

Great idea! The right to earn less money for the same amount (or more) work is a wonderful idea.

The corporate officers need the money more than the workers! How can they buy 500 foot yachts and $1000 bottles of wine if the workers can cut into their ten millions in compensation!
