Regular Freedom@Work readers will remember our extensive coverage of Barack Obama's numerous executive orders (during the first month of his Presidency) paying back union bosses for their efforts getting him into the White House.
Yesterday, a provision in Obama's January 30 executive order took effect -- revoking former-President Bush's February 2001 executive order which required federal contractors to post notices in the workplace simply informing employees of their right to refrain from formal, dues paying union membership and withhold forced dues for everything but the documented cost of collective bargaining.
The Obama directive is intended to ensure millions of workers do not learn of their right, won in the National Right to Work Foundation's precedent-setting U.S. Supreme Court victory Communication Workers v. Beck, to withhold forced union dues earmarked for union politics, lobbying, and other non-bargaining activities.
This is just the first of many steps by Barack Obama and his Big Labor cronies (for example, his Labor Secretary Hilda Solis) are already taking to help union bosses to seize more forced dues revenue to fund Big Labor’s political agenda.

What is the Executive Order Number? Something like this is hard for people to believe and therefore hard to tell them about unless one has the reference, Bill or Executive Order number, so they can check it out.

Any Administration, which pushes agenda, policies and rules designed to Keeps the Electorate un-informed and withholds basic knowledge, is an enemy of Democracy.
It is a basic principle of Democracy that the electorate must be informed to be able to make wise and knowledgeable decisions.

This Squarely defines the Obama Administration as a Enemy of Democracy and of Workers Rights.
Are we to stand by whale the basic tenets of Democracy, the founding ideas of this country get trampled on? No!.
We must all write our legislators and demand that these injustice, these crimes against Democracy, not be allowed to Stand.
Laws must be past that require these notices and forever bar withholding such information from the working people of America.
Our Freedom, every thing we stand for is at stake.

Where is the ACLU at this time when the Constitution of The United States is being made a worthless piece of paper?. Where is our military who swore to defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign or domestic?. This administration is bold and determined to push it's agenda of making mockery out of our heritage. Generations of Americans have sacrificed blood sweat and tears to build this nation into the envy of the world and now this generation is willing to give it all up for this idiot pretend president. It's time to put a stop to it, Impeach and notify this administration of consequences of the misuse of power.

Very Crafty and deceitful. It directly refrains from mentioning removing notices about Workers Rights to not pay a campaign contribution with union dues. But in stead, assigns the requirements for the content and enforcement of the Federally mandated notice to the Department of Labor, which as we know is now headed up by the blindly pro-union activist Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis.
Result is, we can expect that workers will be kept in the dark about any rights they may have which the Union whishes them not to know.
